5. Employer Responsibilities

- Use lawful hiring criteria
- Review applicants and make employment decisions
- Fund third-party media unless stated otherwise
6. Applicant Definitions
Application, CQA, duplicate, invalid submission, delivery, dispute, and credit terms must be defined in writing for performance-based campaigns.
7. Fees, Data, and Third Parties
Fees and payment follow the written agreement. Third-party platforms control their policies and performance. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
8. Legal Review
Final binding limitation, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute provisions should be reviewed and customized by qualified counsel.
