A Campaign-Qualified Applicant is an applicant whose submitted information appears to satisfy the objective required criteria and completeness rules in the signed Agreed Candidate Profile at the time of review.
Campaign qualification does not constitute a recommendation for employment, verification of résumé claims, background clearance, reference verification, or a guarantee of interview, offer, acceptance, retention, or performance.
A credit or replacement may be requested only under the written conditions below:
Credit requests must be submitted within the employer review period and identify the specific criterion at issue. Subjective preference, later changes to job requirements, or the absence of a preferred qualification do not by themselves create a credit.
