Employer FAQ
Know exactly what you are purchasing.
These answers distinguish advertising services from recruiting, screening and candidate delivery.
Is PowerSalesJobs a recruiting or staffing firm?
No. PowerSalesJobs provides job advertising and promotion. Employers receive applicants directly and remain responsible for screening, interviewing and hiring.
Do you guarantee applicants?
No minimum applicant count is guaranteed. Response varies by role, compensation, location, work arrangement, employer reputation, application process and market demand.
What does the Low-Risk Posting Promise provide?
Eligible Featured Jobs with zero tracked response may receive one additional 30-day listing and repeat of the included PowerSalesJobs promotion. Conditions apply.
What is a tracked response?
For a PowerSalesJobs-controlled form, it is a completed application. For an external employer ATS or career page, it is a recorded application-button click.
Where do applications go?
You may direct applicants to an employer email address, ATS, career page or an approved PowerSalesJobs form.
How quickly is a job published?
Approved jobs are normally published within two business days after all required information and payment are received.
Are all jobs accepted?
No. PowerSalesJobs reviews submissions for legitimacy, completeness, clarity and compliance with its advertising standards.
Is third-party advertising included?
No. The Promotion Campaign price is a service fee. Paid-media costs are approved and billed separately.
Can I edit a live job?
Reasonable corrections may be requested. Material changes can require a new review or a new listing.
What happens when the 30 days end?
The listing expires unless renewed. Employers receive a renewal notice before or near expiration.
Do you decide whether an applicant is qualified?
No. The employer determines qualifications and makes every employment decision.
What kinds of jobs can be advertised?
The site focuses on legitimate sales, business-development, account-management and closely related revenue-producing roles.
