Low-risk protection

A make-good based on what we can control.

The Posting Promise reduces employer risk without pretending that advertising can guarantee candidates, interviews or hires.

Publication assurance

If we cannot publish your approved job, you do not pay for an unpublished listing.

If PowerSalesJobs fails to publish an approved, paid job within two business days after receiving all required information, you may request correction or a refund of the applicable posting fee.

Featured zero-response extension

Zero tracked response can earn one additional 30-day run.

An eligible Featured Job that receives zero tracked response during its initial 30 days receives one additional 30-day listing and a repeat of its included PowerSalesJobs-owned promotion at no additional service charge.

Eligibility conditions

  • The job was approved before publication.
  • The position remained open for the entire 30-day period.
  • The application email, form or ATS link remained operational.
  • The employer did not materially change the role after launch.
  • Compensation, location and work arrangement were accurately disclosed.
  • The employer requests the extension within 10 calendar days after expiration.

What the promise does not cover

  • A minimum number of applicants
  • Candidate qualifications or suitability
  • Interviews, offers or hires
  • Employer response time or application handling
  • Third-party platform approval or availability
  • Refund of advertising media already purchased

What counts as “tracked response”?

When candidates apply through a PowerSalesJobs-controlled form, tracked response means a completed application. When candidates leave PowerSalesJobs for an employer ATS or career page, tracked response means a recorded application-button click because PowerSalesJobs cannot independently verify completion on another company’s system.

This page summarizes the promise. The complete agreement at checkout and the Advertising Terms govern each purchase.
