Advertising terms
Clear responsibilities for every job advertisement.
These terms explain what PowerSalesJobs provides, what employers control and how the Posting Promise works.
Effective September 12, 2026
Advertising service
PowerSalesJobs provides job-advertising, publication, formatting, promotion and related technical services. It is not the employer, recruiter of record, staffing agency or decision-maker for advertised positions.
Employer authorization
The purchaser confirms authorization to advertise the opening and responsibility for the accuracy, legality and continued availability of the position. PowerSalesJobs may request revisions, reject a submission or remove an advertisement that violates published guidelines.
Applicants and hiring
The employer controls applicant review, communication, screening, interviews, offers, hiring decisions, recordkeeping and employment-law compliance. Applicant volume, candidate quality, interviews and hiring outcomes are not guaranteed.
Payment and publication
Posting fees are due when ordered. Approved jobs are normally published within two business days after required information and payment are received. The advertising period begins on the publication date.
Refunds
If PowerSalesJobs rejects a paid job before publication, the applicable posting fee will be refunded. After publication, posting fees are generally nonrefundable except when PowerSalesJobs fails to provide a purchased deliverable and does not correct the failure within a reasonable period. Third-party advertising charges are nonrefundable once committed or spent.
Low-Risk Posting Promise
An eligible Featured Job with zero tracked response during its first 30 days may receive one additional 30-day listing and repeat of the included PowerSalesJobs-owned promotion. This is a service extension rather than a cash refund or applicant guarantee. The job must satisfy all conditions published on the Posting Promise page, and the employer must request the extension within 10 calendar days after expiration.
Tracking
For PowerSalesJobs-controlled forms, response may be measured as a completed application. For an external employer destination, response may be measured as an application-button click because completion occurs outside PowerSalesJobs.
Limitation
PowerSalesJobs does not control candidate interest, third-party platform decisions, employer response, ATS availability or hiring outcomes. Services are limited to the deliverables stated in the purchased package and written order.
