Commission positions
Commission-only opportunities must say so clearly and explain how commissions are earned. If draws, chargebacks, expenses, territories or lead responsibilities materially affect earnings, disclose them.
Remote positions
Identify where candidates may legally work. “Remote” does not automatically mean worldwide or available in every U.S. state.
Staffing and agencies
Authorized agencies may advertise real openings but must accurately identify their role and cannot collect prohibited candidate fees.
Editorial decisions
