Curated candidate slates represent professional recommendations based on employer requirements but are not guarantees of future job performance.

Payments

Fees are due according to the selected service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once recruiting work has begun.

Intellectual Property

Website content, graphics, branding, and original recruiting materials remain the property of Power Sales Jobs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Power Sales Jobs is not liable for hiring decisions, employment disputes, business losses, or damages arising from the use of this website or recruiting services.
