The Recruiter agrees to write the job description and advertising copy and post the job online to pursue candidates. Approval of the copy is required before sourcing begins. $25 per job

The Recruiter agrees to assist client in setting and managing first phone interviews with target candidates. We will also manage communications to those not chosen.

If you hire one of our candidates and they stay 90 days, the Client agrees to pay X% of the first year’s salary. Additionally, the Client shall reimburse the freelance Recruiter for any costs associated with conducting background checks during the pre-screening process.
After six months, the Client will pay X% of the first year’s salary. And the final X% after 12 full months. You name the (X)rate you want to pay. We work within your budget and timetable.
All compensation after hiring will be paid within ten days of the Client’s acceptance of the database of qualified candidates matching the Client’s job description.
Additionally, the Client shall reimburse the freelance Recruiter for any costs associated with conducting background checks during the pre-screening process.
If the candidate leaves before 12 months, we will replace them at no extra cost to the Client.
Both parties agree that the decision to hire an employee shall rest solely with the Client’s designated hiring manager. The freelance Recruiter may only present qualified candidates for consideration by the Client and may not offer employment without the Client’s approval.
The following items shall, for the sake of this freelance recruiter agreement, be considered confidential:
The Recruiter agrees to use the information listed above only with the Client’s approval and will not make any confidential information public or available to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent from the Client.
Any breach in the confidentiality clause of this agreement will result in the termination of this freelance recruiting agreement in its entirety without prior notice.
This freelance recruiting agreement shall commence on the agreement date and conclude 30 days after the agreement date.
Both parties will be allowed to extend this agreement upon the conclusion date, or a new contract may be entered into between the parties.
Upon entering into this freelance recruiting agreement and for 12 months thereafter, the Recruiter may not contact the Client’s employees to offer additional job opportunities.
This includes any contact regarding other recruiting opportunities the freelance Recruiter may be conducting.
