What we do
Proplus runs a pay-per-show (PPS) service for marketing agencies whose customers are contractors. Our team finds and qualifies contractor business owners (roofing, plumbing, remodeling, HVAC, landscaping, tree service and similar) and books them onto our agency clients' sales calls. The agency pays us per show, so we only get paid when a real owner turns up.
Why we're hiring closers
Booking the show is our job. Closing it is the agency's job, and not every agency closes well. We're building a bench of proven B2B closers. When we know for sure a client agency can't close the shows we book, we introduce a closer from the bench to that client. We bring the qualified shows, you close them, and everyone wins on performance: the agency gets clients, the contractor gets a service that fits, you get paid per close.
What you'll do once placed with a client
- Take booked Zoom/Google Meet sales calls with contractor business owners who have already agreed to talk
- Run discovery, present the agency's offer (usually a monthly marketing or lead-gen retainer), handle objections and close
- Log outcomes and notes in the CRM (GoHighLevel) and follow up with anyone who needs a second call
- Learn each agency client's offer, pricing and process before you take their calls
You won't be cold calling. Everyone on your calendar has been qualified and booked by our team.
Strict requirements (all must be true)
1. Proven B2B sales experience. Business-to-business closing, not B2C, retail or in-home sales.
2. You have sold marketing services before: agency retainers, SEO, PPC/paid ads, social, or lead generation.
3. A close rate of 30% or more on booked appointments, and proof of it: call recordings, a reference we can contact, or CRM/dashboard screenshots. Tell us how you calculate it (closed deals / calls that showed).
4. Fluent English for calls with US business owners. Remote, reliable internet with a backup, quiet space, decent headset and webcam.
5. Comfortable running Zoom/Meet calls with blunt, busy contractor owners.

Pay
Commission per closed deal, paid to you by the agency client you close for. Exact terms are set per client and depend on their offer price; you'll have them in writing before you take any calls. Proplus takes no referral fee and no cut of your commission. We'd rather give you real numbers than put made-up OTE figures in a job ad.
How placement works
Qualified applicants go onto our closer bench. We only place a closer with a client once we know that client can't close its own calls. That means we can't promise a start date or a number of calls. If you need guaranteed hours right now, this isn't the right fit.

3. Which marketing services you've sold (agency retainer, SEO, PPC/ads, lead gen) and for how long
4. Your close rate on booked appointments over the last 6 months, as numbers: calls that showed per month, deals closed per month
5. Proof: a call recording link, a CRM screenshot, or a reference (name, role, email/phone) who can confirm your numbers
6. Have you sold to contractors or home-service businesses? Details
7. Weekly hours you can take calls, and whether you can cover US business hours
8. Confirm you're OK with commission paid by the agency client, terms set per client, and no guaranteed start date or call volume
Applications without close-rate numbers and some form of proof are not reviewed. Shortlisted closers get a short role-play call before joining the bench.
