    2. Commission Structure
    As an approved affiliate, you will earn 15% commission on successful referrals based on the following:

    $50 Job Posting → You Earn $7.50
    $250 Job Posting + Advertising → You Earn $37.50
    $500 Job Posting + Advertising + Candidate Screening → You Earn $75
    15% of Revenue from the Hiring Bonus if the employer hires a candidate through PowerSalesJobs.com and they stay 91 days.

    3. Tracking and Attribution
    Affiliates are provided with a unique tracking link to promote our services.
    Sales must be completed through your affiliate link or assigned discount code to be eligible for commission.
    Cookies last for 30 days—if a user clicks your link and purchases within this time, you earn a commission.

    4. Payouts & Payment Terms
    Commissions are paid via PayPal on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis.
    The minimum payout threshold is $50. If your earnings are below this, they roll over to the next payout cycle.
    Refunds or chargebacks on referred sales will result in commission reversals.
